DIRECTED BY ACADEMY AWARD-NOMINATED FILMMAKER KONSTANTIN BRONZIT, THE FILM FOLLOWS A GROUP OF DISCARDED OBJECTS ON A JOURNEY FOR PURPOSE AND IS NOW AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE ON MAJOR STREAMING SERVICES.

Hawk Hill Pictures has announced the worldwide digital release of "Tied Up" (84'), the new animated feature from Oscar-nominated director Konstantin Bronzit and writer Dmitry Vysotsky, produced by Lakeside Animation and Studio Metrafilms. Starting March 24, the film is available across major platforms, including Prime Video and Google Play, with pre-orders open on Apple TV.

The story centers on Mac, a high-end necktie who finds himself suddenly discarded. Forced to navigate life alongside a group of fellow castoffs—including a broken vase, a worn boot, and a spool of thread—Mac initially struggles to return to his former life. However, as the group treks toward a mythical "Paradise" where they believe their wishes will come true, the protagonist begins to question the true meaning of value, loyalty, and belonging.

Reflecting on the film's core message, Konstantin Bronzit shared: “We started with a simple idea about things people throw away, but it quickly became a story about connection and meaning. Even what seems forgotten can still have value and a place in the world.” He further added: “Animation gives you a way to speak about serious ideas in a simple and universal language. What may seem small or forgotten can still carry meaning.”

Jen Katzfey, President of Hawk Hill Pictures, highlighted the emotional depth of the project: “There’s a simplicity to Tied Up that makes it accessible, but there’s also a deeper layer that stays with you. It’s really about what we’re searching for and where that journey might lead.”
