Down to the Felt starts when gambling addict Paul (Stahl-David) faces a deepening amount of debt. He loses his job, his home and owes mobsters massive amounts of money. Paul must move back in with his mother and is running out of options.
However, a night out watching the game, Paul needs a hitman, David (Weston), who makes him an unusual deal. Paul knows what the future holds and must decide which direction to take before it is too late.
